Oskar works on a slightly different principle: in Venta air washers, the air is passed over rotating discs, which must be optionally wetted. With Oskar, a fleece absorbs water and leads to evaporation.
I would say: the fluid is not optimal, for me the silver blocks from Stadler have always worked sufficiently. Hope this helps!
