Question about Kärcher FC 7 Premium
Is it normal that I have to wet the rollers first (under a tap) so that it starts without problems? Otherwise I have to start it 10-15 times until it doesn't stop all the time - because it's too dry ....
At the beginning, the rollers are dry, of course. Then they need the turbo two or three times and it works. If not, it is indeed a warranty case.
I've never had this problem before, it's definitely not normal. Sounds like a warranty case...
