Is it possible to mount them without drilling? E.g. with Tesa Powerstrips for the bathroom?

Closed is perhaps possible. As soon as the appliance is taken off and laundry is hanging on it, the glue will tear off. There have to be two holes in the wall.

Many things are possible, but not recommended. As soon as laundry is hung up, it will not hold. Drilling is urgently needed.
