Question about Bialetti Milchkanne
Is it possible to use to warm the milk in the induction or ceramic hob? Or this is just to serve the milk?
This was designed for steaming the milk. I use it for that and it is perfect for that. For me it seems it would be possible to heat milk in it on a stove, but the handle most probably would get uncomfortably hot during the process.
