Is only the Brita P 1000 available as an accessory? Or are there also cartridges/filters for higher litre volumes to reduce the replacement costs?

According to the manufacturer, the ones with more capacity also work. But they are only available in a few places.
You also have to bear in mind that if you want cold tap water, you need a lot more flow until all the room-temperature water is through and cold.
