Is the base of this pan enamelled like the cheaper ones? If so, which Le Creuset D=28cm does not have an enamelled base? I don't want an enamelled base because it conducts heat extremely badly and I know that some Le Creuset pans have this.

According to the information available, the pan has a continuous enamelled base, i.e. enamelled inside and out. The inner surface is dark ("black satin enamel"), not raw. This means: No pure cast iron base without enamel.
