Is the capacity of the large glass bottle 1 litre or 850 ml, or how much water can be bubbled?

The bottle has a mark for the maximum filling quantity (850ml). You must not exceed this otherwise you'll make a mess when fizzing. However, the bottle itself can be filled up to 1 litre.
