Question about Dreame X40 Ultra Complete

Is there any experience of standby consumption? Is it theoretically possible to switch it off completely and only set it shortly before use, e.g. via a timer? Power consumption and service life (gears...) are almost the biggest concerns for me here. Theoretically, standby should be low when not charging, but in practice I have my doubts :/

I'm not worried about standby consumption, but the pads are dried for 2-4 hours after every mop. And when do you want to switch off? You still have to charge the robot. The standby times vary every day

6 watts when the Dreame is only in the station without charging the battery. Around 35 watts when the battery is being charged and around 80 watts when the mops are being dried.

That doesn't answer my question...

Just leave it plugged in, then it is always accessible via the app and works as intended by the manufacturer. And just mop the floor once a week. I don't know many people who used to mop the floor more than once a week. It doesn't have to be daily, then you don't have to run after the fresh and dirty water...
