The rowenta is more powerful. To adjust the suction, it's pretty much like you find on every hoover, there's an air outlet on the hose, normally it's on top, when you close it, no more air comes out and so it sucks harder.
Unfortunately, there are no similar ones where you can adjust the power directly.

However, it cannot control the power but only the suction force directly from the hose.
