Is this already the one with the same (improved) belt drive as the Probaker Timer? Old Probaker models still had a louder belt drive and the Timer then had the new one. The new "non-timer" models were later also supplied with the new drive.

The Wilfa Probaker food processor with the model number KM1B-70 that you mention is already equipped with the improved belt drive that is also used in the Probaker Timer models. The older Probaker models did indeed have a noisier belt drive, but the newer models, including the non-timer versions, have been fitted with the new, quieter and improved belt drive.
