I received mine with adapter and it’s ok. It’s bigger then the CH plug but doesn’t disturb in the socket with other plugs.

There seem to be two variants of plugs in circulation: Schuko+adapter or CH plug. I received the latter and it is "quite ok". For adapters, otherwise look for CH fixed connectors, which are only about 10 mm thicker than the Schuko plug. I have converted all my "German" appliances in this way. Better than adapters.
