Interesting questions. As they were asked in a funny and very open way; I think for people with hearing problems or deaf people, it is not loud. Also, the noise sensation is not the same for everyone but I wouldn't use it on a Sunday or at night if you live in a block of flats.
The question is what you can do about what? That it's not so loud for you? Leave the room, cover your ears. If you want it to be quieter for the neighbours, there is a protective cover for the device that should make it quieter.
