I didn't even have to unpack the thing first, because it even says on the outside of the pack that it doesn't work with induction. You are my heroes... Can you please change that! Thanks to you, I can now return a parcel on Saturday. I'm a very happy customer right now. Also, how do I recognise where you've messed it all up so that I can order one that really is induction-capable? Good question, isn't it? You obviously can't be trusted to do that.
