It's more of a help for other buyers: Your dust bin doesn't empty any more? I had the same problem 2 times, and Galaxus replaced my 1st hoover after 6 months. The new one has the same problem, but it can be solved: - the hoover is not properly aligned with the suction port inside the station. As a result, the air vacuum doesn't work properly --> I push the hoover a little by hand to the bottom of the station to make sure it sticks against this hole, and it works. - the front plate of the station is incorrectly fitted, and the air vacuum is partial --> check that the plate at the front of the station (the one that gives access to the dust bag) is correctly in place - the brushes and their covers are not correctly fitted --> check that the brushes are clear, and above all that when you put the plastic part back on top, the 3 insertion holes are properly clipped in with this part.
