I've just ordered the Roborock Saros 10 and learnt that it doesn't come with cleaning fluid ... And that the cleaning fluid will not be available until August! Can I use liquid from another brand, for example iRobot? Other variants?

I think it's up to the seller to do what's necessary, to find out and offer a compatible product. (What's more, a serious seller would have put a reserve on the sale of this device!)
