More like news! The descaling programme doesn't work. it's pretty awful.... I'm on the 2nd machine If you want to maintain, don't buy! Shame, the machine isn't bad. Patrick

It works for me, but I have to rub everything out with a dry cloth first. And add about 3 dl of water during the first run. Otherwise I can start again after topping up the water. I think there's something wrong with the fill level. All the way round.
It works perfectly for me... but it takes some practice to press the buttons correctly and a little patience... ;o)
