1. it keeps saying you have to refill the tank even though it is full.
2. it no longer sprays. How to clean the nozzle.
As there was no detergent available we use Mr Proper, that works too.

Thank you for your question about the Braava jet m6. When you take out the water tank, you should find a small round filter. This should be cleaned from time to time as limescale can build up depending on use. If the problem persists even after cleaning the filter, we would like to ask you to contact us directly and send us the machine. Hello, I once sprayed descaler in the front where the appliance normally sprays out. I waited a while and then started cleaning. Then it worked again. But this is my solution and probably not recommended by the manufacturer.
