My flat is very long and the robot doesn't map the whole flat. The wifi is present everywhere (router and repeater) so the problem isn't linked to a bad wifi connection, whether it's the first robot I receive or the second sent as a replacement, I have the same problem :-( Is there a maximum distance between the robot and the station?
Hello Annebertel. It may be that your WLAN router is in an unfavourable location. This means you have a poor connection to the device. Try moving the WLAN device to another location to see if the connection changes.
