My Mova V50 Ultra Complete only sometimes wipes up to the edge of walls, quite randomly it seems to me, sometimes it does it for half a metre, then again not. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Unfortunately, I don't see this option in customised mode. I can adjust the humidity and whether it should mop warm or cold. I have switched on all the functions in the settings for the AI-controlled MopExtend.
