It could be due to the following things:

1. battery is deeply discharged (during initial use or long storage)
Symptom: No light, no reaction when charging.

Solution:
- Leave the device connected to the charger for 24 hours. Sometimes a deeply discharged battery takes longer to respond.
- Only use the original charger.

Charger or charging contacts defective or dirty 🔌 2.
Symptom: Charging indicator does not light up, loose contact.

Solution:
- Check whether the charging station or cable is working (e.g. test on another device).
- Carefully clean the charging contacts (on the device and on the charging station) with a dry cloth.


🛠️ 3. Technical defect (battery or electronics)
If nothing helps, the battery may be defective or there may be an internal fault in the charging electronics.
