My sodapop Logan is still under warranty. It has been damaged for reasons beyond my control. Where can I send it for repair?
Log in to Galaxus and open the Orders option under your profile. Search for the order with the logan and open the return form. Fill in the form online and send it. You can choose whether you want to return the device to a Digitec-Galaxus store or have it sent back by post (with a postage fee). If it is under warranty, it will be replaced or the amount will be refunded.
As this is physical damage, and therefore requires repair outside the warranty period, we recommend that you contact https://www.galaxus.ch/help for a solution.
