On my device, the LiDAR tower does not retract, both in the docking station and when furniture with a ground clearance of 9.5 cm is present, the tower always remains up. What can I do?

Check the setting in the app under "Settings for floor cleaning" - "Raise LDS automatically" - if this is set to "Off", it will not retract the tower. The best setting is "Safe cover".
