I am very happy with the blender and the Active Blade is really practical. Tried almonds. It gets them small without any problem, but it doesn't get creamy and doesn't feel like almond paste. It gives more of a paste.

I always use it to grind hazelnut brittle finely. But it's not possible to get to the creamy stage (maybe I just don't have enough patience - but the part does get very warm).

Doubt it. Chopping is very good in any case, but pureeing to a creamy consistency is not.
