I returned the xiaomi X20+ model unused because it was too big. I kept the xiaomi S20+ model because it has enough space and is suitable for my needs, living room laminate flooring. I didn't connect it to my mobile because I found the installation too tedious, it's easy to operate at the touch of a button and I'm satisfied with the mopping and suction function.

It wasn't used at all. We returned it because the robot only has the small charging station and not the large one with water tanks and dust bag. As a result, the pads are neither cleaned nor dried automatically and only cold water is used.
