Question about Delizio Compact One II

Since yesterday my DELIZIO COMPACT ONE II no longer sucks in, I have tried everything but can't find a solution, are there any tips and tricks? or is the pump defective? (It makes noise, heat and vibrates as usual...). It could also be blocked somewhere, but I can't manage to fix it. I am very grateful for any tips!
