At Coop's competitors, the Dreame X40 Ultra Complete is sometimes available from stock for 1399.-, at Amazon with deduction of German VAT incl. CH VAT even for CHF 1250.- Of course, prices should definitely be set freely in a free market economy. But I'm sure that your absurd pricing will not only annoy me, but many other customers. It's all about trust and I've lost that in Galaxus, not least because of such fantasy prices. With prices like that, customers simply feel ripped off. Fortunately, anyone can say "no" and simply order from the competition. Let's hope that at least the bill for your battered mum with the orange M works out.
