Soup in 7 minutes... Does this mean that the appliance runs at full speed for 7 minutes in the greatest noise? Will the neighbours be on my back if I make soup at 8pm?

It's logical that the appliance is also running at full speed. how else is the water supposed to get warm? no one forces you to cook soup with a nutribullet at 8 o'clock in the evening, as far as i know the night's rest only starts at 10 o'clock, right?
