Strangely enough, the pan is listed under grillware. Can the pan also be used with a classic electric or glass ceramic cooker?

Yes, I have the same one and everything works wonderfully on a glass ceramic cooker. But you have to season the cast iron pan or you will get rust stains, there are enough videos on YouTube about it.
