I would like to add this as an assessment. Just this much: basically good and stable. However, the flakes are not really thin even at the highest pressure (compared to other flakers) and there are 'gaps' to the left and right of the wheels where uncrushed grains regularly slip through.

It is better to remain silent if you have nothing to say.

What is there to say? From my point of view, it's a solid product. The material is solid and well-made, so it will probably last a long time. In terms of function, it does what it is supposed to do.
