The following situation: My weather station (indoor and outdoor module) is located on the 4th floor. Can I now buy an additional indoor module so that I can monitor my basement on the ground floor? I don't think so, because the distance is too far, isn't it? Or will the data be transmitted in some form? Thanks for the help

The additional modules only communicate with the main module. The range is very limited. In my case, the outdoor module can no longer communicate with the main module if it is 10 m away behind the balcony pane. I think it will be impossible to get into the cellar. Unfortunately, the indoor module is no better. In the office, with a distance of about 8 metres (flight line) through 2 walls, that's it. The 4th floor in the basement is at least 5x2m and 4 ceilings. That's not going to work.
