The material description says stainless steel, the comment says plastic. What is the material really? and in the picture the kettle is 1x unprinted and 1x printed with tea cups. Which is correct?

exactly as described by urs.graesslin: outer casing made of stainless steel > addition: handle is made of plastic.

The outer casing is made of brushed stainless steel sheet and the inner container of heat-resistant PE plastic. Generally, the container is unprinted, except on one side at the very bottom there are three tea cups printed with the recommended water temperature according to the different types of tea (Green-Olong-Black).
