Question about Mova X4 Pro Cordless
The only comment point out that there might be an issue with the proflduct but for the batch, after returning the product 4 time and seeing the same fault in all. Has this been checked out and fixed ? Quote of the comment : " The green LED light did not work or only came on in hot water mode when the spray nozzle was activated or when the appliance was lying flat on the floor. The appliance was replaced four (!) times and showed the same fault each time. This must have been a fault in the batch"
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this as we purchase the products from different suppliers. However, products that you buy from us are guaranteed for 2 years, so if something doesn't work, you are covered.
So far, this problem has only been reported by one buyer. All other products that have been sold have not yet been reported to us as defective.
