The picture clearly shows Swissmade on the cartridge - the text states China as the country of origin. As I generally don't buy anything from China that comes into contact with food, I would be interested to know where the mistake is...

Hello Easy to explain: Swissmade is a development in Switzerland. (There is no Swiss cross on the packaging). Only the Jura Z10 is manufactured and assembled in Switzerland. My Jura ENA 8 SC is also Swissmade (development) but is manufactured in Portugal. If you don't want to use Claris, deactivate it and descale it several times with chemicals.LG Bruno
