The stirring rod rattles a lot. Or the process is cancelled. I have cleaned everything. The rod is not broken either. Could it be that the magnet is no longer good? The appliance is only 1 year old.

Does it no longer work even with the lid on? In this case, something really seems to be broken. Perhaps the cage for the stirring spiral is bent?
