There are only 2 removable handles. But if you cook with 4 pots at the same time, is it advisable to order another 2 handles or do you take the 2 handles from the 2 pots and then only use 2 handles? Who has experience?

Two handles are enough without any problems, with one click the handle is released and with another click it is attached again - actually even one handle would be enough.
