This product is supplied by a third-party provider from CH. Order processing and customs clearance are handled by us, but the sales contract is concluded between you and the supplier. Where is my hoover. ? Who is responsible for such problems? Who is the third party supplier? Why nobody cares about this problem. ? 20 days no answer?
