The two specifications are themselves somewhat questionable. My FC3 says 18.72 Wh, which makes more sense. The fact that the specifications are different is surely a typing error. In my opinion, the different offers refer to versions with different accessories. Take the cheapest version ! Attention: This device is also available with a cable connection.
