Three questions...Is this all you need to install under the sink? Does it come with hosing and attachments necessary? Does it deal with high kalk?

This is just the filter without any accessories. You need that separately. If you have a really high lime content, the Brita Purity System might make more sense. What is the area of application? Home tap, coffee machine....?
