Today I received the device but without the Swiss plug Somehow there was a cable between the inner and outer box. But this cable does not fit anywhere. Can anyone help me? Many thanks

I also received a German plug. An adapter for Switzerland was sent to me on request. But the water tank was missing and so I have to send it back.
