Question about Turmix Water filter cartridge Just Touch
Unfortunately, the filters are defective and crushed when they are delivered! The complaint was authorised immediately and we got our money back. Why didn't they react and negotiate with the supplier to replace the defective parts?
We have contracts with all suppliers that stipulate that certain items will be reimbursed immediately because the cost is too high.
In such cases, we therefore have no possibility of demanding a repair.
