We have lost the rubber seal on the spout of our Blomus Aqua bottle and would like to replace it. Where can we get this part?

Hello Rahel, thank you very much for your feedback. Good idea, but unfortunately it's no longer possible as this clogging affects our daughter's family. They are moving house at the moment and we helped with the packing. We also noticed this blemish.
