Question about Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo 950

We have the Wi-Fi via the UPC Connect Box (only the 2.4 GHz network is activated) and the Wi-Fi connection of the Ozmo 950 is very unstable, very often the robot is offline and only after it has been active for a long time does it find the network again. Do others also have this problem? Our WLAN is otherwise very stable, but the Ozmo is almost never accessible, even though it is only a few metres away from the router. Unfortunately that's annoying :-(

It could be the frequency. The Ozmo only receives 5 Ghz. Your router will also switch to other frequencies. I have set up a guest account at the router with only 5 Ghz and connected the Ozmo to it.

no problems here, but no upc-wifi either. even where the signal is weak in the farthest corners, it cleans diligently.

I don't know this problem, the robot has a stable connection. Does the Wi-Fi name contain special characters that the robot can't handle well? On the other hand, you should contact the manufacturer support, maybe they have an update that can solve your problem.
