Physically, humidification and evaporative cooling are exactly the same thing. So instead of this overpriced rubbish, you can just use a powerful humidifier that humidifies and cools in both summer and winter. You will only notice one or the other more.

The unit cools a small room (up to 15 m3 approximately) by about 4-5 degrees. I have been using it on my desk since last year and bring the temperature down from 25 degrees to about 21 degrees or 20.5 degrees. No installation, that's why I chose it.
