Question about Dualit 2er Vario New Gen chrome
What I like about this toaster is it has serviceable parts (environmentally friendly). I now need to replace the timer which sticks (fire danger). Why can I not get this 20chf part from Galaxus? There seems to be currently nowhere in Switzerland that sells Dualit parts.
I love my my Dualit bought in 1987 and wanted to restore it.
Dualit UK still has the spares , but doesn't ship outside UK. They gave me the address of their service partner in Germany:

I will pick up my parts today in my mailbox in Germany (europaketshop).
