What is the diameter of the hole where the tube has to go? I would like to use the brush on my Electrolux vacuum cleaner where the nozzle has given up the ghost, but the vacuum cleaner still sucks fine (the original spare part is no longer available - and would also be less wide). Could someone please measure?

The inner diameter of the tube of the Miele floor brush measures 35 mm. I can highly recommend this part as the manoeuvrability is extremely high. So vacuuming under a cupboard or bed is no longer a problem.
