Basically, there are hardly any differences. Both have a 450 W motor. The SE has a 0.1 litre smaller dirt container, the SE can be operated for 60 min and the V11 for 90 min. So I would tend towards the V11, but of course that is up to you. The SE is the newer version, just a little bit slimmed down.
