Question about KitchenAid Spiral Cutter
What is the maximum vegetable diameter that can be cut into slices/spirals with this spiral slicer? Can vegetables with a diameter of approx. 12 cm also be cut into good and stable spirals? Unfortunately, my own courgettes have so far been too big for ordinary hand spiral cutters. Thanks for the info :)
Up to and including a diameter of 10 cm is spiralled evenly, everything above that is also spiralled evenly, but larger, depending on the attachment. Everything larger: At worst, cut to the same width. Or chop and use elsewhere! I love the spiral slicer, but I think it could have finer attachments, especially for zoodles.
