When I read the comments, it is not clear whether you get a model with CH plug or EU plug? Is there a difference between Galaxus and Conrad? You should get the option to choose the plug. I (in Switzerland) would choose an EU plug (as the cooker is intended for travel).
In principle, there is nothing to choose from, so there is no point in selecting the desired plug. Electrical appliances sold in Switzerland must have a Swiss plug.
Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
