When I repeatedly tried to set up the Kärcher Home-Robots app for my newly purchased Kärcher RCV 3, I always failed at the last step of the network configuration: the robot was supposedly successfully connected to the network (I tried it with 2 different WLANs), but then I was asked to reconfigure it. The two suggested possible reasons for the failure could not solve the problem. Has anyone had similar experiences or knows where the problem might lie?

I used the robot for a few days without a connection because the Wi-Fi could not be found. I tried again from time to time until it worked and it works perfectly.
