If the filter is defective, it will not be replaced. Is unfortunately not available.
If the filter is very dirty, you can clean it with cold or lukewarm water. Do not put the filter unit back into the appliance until the filters are completely dry. Otherwise, your appliance could be damaged. Note: The filters are not dishwasher safe.
